"Clean room, decent hot breakfast items, nice water pressure in the shower and comfortable pillows"

"rooms are very dated, this place either needs to be torn down and rebuilt or given a major overhaul. no clock in room, which maybe normal these days. Staff was nice enough. pool actually looked nice, wouldn't even consider getting in the sauna there were used towels laying all over the place. My room smelled terrible when I got there, smelled like stale cig smoke covered up with some cleaning chemical. I got the traditional breakfast at the reasturaunt it was cheap but very greasy! "To be fair, I travel in an RV. I just used the showers. I suggest letting the water run a while to get it hot if you are in the far end rooms."

"There were plenty of spaces to park but people smoking pot and cigarettes were gathered outside the door. The smell was awful and I didn’t feel safe. Hallways and common areas were not clean. The room was decent so we stayed but will not return. "

"This visit was awful. I had my flight cancelled late at night and booked this hotel under the notion (because it was listed on their website) that they had a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport. Well, they don’t, which I realized after waiting outside for over half an hour and trying to call the property 15 different times just to have nobody answer. So, had to pay for an Uber to drive me just to find out the power was out in the building (which would have been nice to know before I booked it...

"3 staff members said there be 2 shuttles since we had a party of 12. We paid for the stay and fly. Got to the lobby in the morning and there was only 1 shuttle. The staff member that was working apologized and said they only ever run 1 shuttle and didn’t have any idea why we would have been told different. Hotel is outdated but kind of neat that way. Our room didn’t have a working thermostat so it was cold when we got in and hot the morning we left. Bar in the hotel is cool and great service. "

"We had a rough start, our first room didn’t have any towels and there were dirty towels in the bath tub this was fixed by giving us a different room. Our second room didn’t have a shower curtain, but that was fixed when we extended our stay. On the first night someone (I believe from the front desk) tried to enter our room because our paperwork wasn’t updated when they switched our room. "Its alright for an overnight stay, just a little dated. Breakfast not a lot to choose from. Only one ice machine for the whole building. Jetted tubs do not work so don't request this type of room."
