This is fine in a wilderness retreat where the objective is to get away from it all, but in a suburban setting? What moral message is the owner trying to convey? Lack of this basic amenity spoiled what was otherwise a great experience."

"We were there Wed+ Sun and our room wasn't vacuumed. We had to ask for fresh towels and more soap.
The breakfast area was very tight and the staff were not on top of refreshing items. One pancake machine was out of order the whole time and the other ran out every morning. On our final day there were no sausages, no pancake mix and the juice are was a mess.
Staff did not empty garbage around the property so bins were consistently overflowing.

"The property is beautiful old vintage charm clean well kept. On a hot July month of 34-36C of outdoor activities, I was looking forward to bathe sleep refreshed. But the bedroom is maintained with a portable AC not enough to keep the room cool. I asked for an electric fan, the owner agreed to provide me but never did. We had to cut short the stay and booked with another hotel. If it wasn’t summer it wouldn't have mattered. Thank you always."
