"The room was very clean and well upkept. Breakfast was great, The only complaint we had was that we took our showers with cold water as there was no hot water. When we spoke to the front desk the answer was, "oh you could of used the shower in the pool room". It seems as though we should of received a message about this option."

"We had a fantastic time at the Mountain Inn. I was there for a 100 mile race and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to be successful. They even went to the trouble to make me my own breakfast to go! We will absolutely be back to see JP and Bodie!"

"Room was very clean & comfortable. Make sure to bring your own pots, pans, utensils, plates & so on as they are not provided with the room. If you don't have them with you, they sell sets at the front desk. Hotel was very quiet, never heard a TV or any noise from other guests."

"Nice place. The place is maintained well but could use a deep cleaning, the pool and the spa could use better maintainence along wth the koi ponds. The rooms are nice but but humid even when using A/C unit. Carpet in the rooms could use a good steaming. Besides the little detailed cleaning services I stated, The place is nice. The staff are very kind and helpful. My dog enjoyed the stay and we would stay there again."

"We found our check-in to be accomodating especially since I have mobility issues. Our room was to be on the second floor and we were provided with a first floor upgrade at a nominal fee. It was quiet with a comfortable bed . We did find that our operation of the television was quite difficult. We feel there should have been more explanation on its control. There needs to be a more stringent final check of room readiness for the next visitor. We found the trash container in the kitchen to...

"We had stayed here before, and it had changed. We had trouble communicating with the staff, although they were friendly and smiled a lot. The staff was not at the desk at times. There was no ice. There was no outdoor furniture. Yet, all things considered, we got our money's worth, and the location is great by the river."

"Upon checking in, gal at the front desk said there were no rooms available. I had e-mail confirmation from Expedia but this didn't sway her. I ended up at the Marriott down the road. I will not use Expedia to book a room or flight ever again."
