"We travelled as a family with a 5 and a 10 year old. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The hotel was maintained nicely, everything was new and clean. The staff was so helpful and catered to our every wish or need with a smile.
The free breakfast and wifi were both great. We all enjoyed the large pool, and both kids enjoyed the splash pad area. The lazy river was a huge hit for everyone. There were lots of tubes to use and beach chairs to lounge on.

"I read the reviews beforehand but wanted to give the place a shot because my kids were going to be so stoked. Last minute, I read a few reviews that mentioned bugs and cleanliness. Immediately I called my friend who was also coming and let her know because her daughter recently had open heart surgery, so cleanliness was a top priority. "We’ve stayed here a few times over the last several years. Sadly, this trip was the worst so far. First the valet.. you pay almost $45 per night for valet with tax. On several occasions when we arrived at the hotel and when we left we had to walk to the valet
and hand the keys to them as they were busy on their phones. No greeting, no meeting you as you pulled in and greeting you nothing. At one point I handed the keys to another employee as the valet was head down typing away on his phone...
