"The hotel was awful. I was on the 2d floor, I was there 3 days 2 nights. "Overall, this was a nice hotel in a convenient location, right next to the Rustic Moose Restaurant, which I highly recommend. I also want to recognize the shuttle driver who picked me up. He was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful, and I appreciated that he also assists with hotel processes.

"Our stay was good but I wish the room was more clean. There was alot of dust on night lamps. The AC is old and was blowing so strong that makes windy inside the room and not possible to reduce it or change direction.
Housekeeping didnt clean our room after first night. Not sure if they are supposed to make up every day or after the stay but I was expecting to have make up room. Breakfast was good and enough, similar to other hotels. I liked wafers machine, fresh apples. Overall stay was good but...

"Staff was friendly when I checked in. I don’t necessarily stay at hotels to watch TV but background noise is nice. The TV did not work and they said they couldn’t fix it until Monday. I was told checkout time was at noon which I thought was great since I was only staying 1 night and could sleep in. Twice the cleaning person tried to come in the room while I was still sleeping. So much for sleeping in. You would think that if someone was only staying 1 night, you would wait until the checked out...

"We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator.
