"The hotel location is in a great location. The rooms need to be updated. We were just there for 1 night. Some of the towels were so worn there were holes."

"Very nice place, enjoyed my stay and can recommend. Clean, fancy and modern rooms, good bed, friendly people. Location is great around jaffa street close to a train station and shops restaurants etc around"

"There is so much we liked. We treated ourselves to this hotel after staying in mostly 2-3* places for our trip. "Waited till after 4pm to check in, the room floor had some weird sticky substance on it, the air conditioner was not working till maintenance came, bathroom doors didn’t shut, and worst of all, there was loud music and someone on a microphone till 1am. "Great location and delicious meals."

"The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym."
