"The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, the girl at the dust didn't know what she was doing, they put over 25 teenage volleyball girls in our surrounding rooms and it was noise and laughter and banging all night long. Our shade in our room was automatic electric, and broken. It couldn't be raised or lowered, and the staff knew about it and still gave us that room."

"Took the blanket off the made bed in our ‘clean’ room and it had two dirty socks and some small pieces of garbage on top of the sheet. On top of that even though the hotel is newer, it’s already getting rundown, nothing is maintained, toilet seats are broken and yellow, and black mold-looking stains on the ceilings above the shower. "The room and hotel was filthy. The room was very spacious but looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. There was hair (we all know the kind I speak of) in the shower and on the shower toiletries. Dust everywhere….and unfortunately the staff was not very warm. Many of the staff had family and what I assume were significant others around while they were working. For instance went to the front to get some towels for the pool and was told I had to wait so she could help her brother. We were...

"Was clean, good access, the only issue was there were NO USB plugins and the power plugs were mot especially plentiful. The light on the table on my side of the bed only had one ac plug so I could only plug in my Cpap but not my phone. Yes I could use a power plug by the TV but I couldn't have my phone next to me. Very surprised that a Best Western was not up to the current needs of the customers"

"When we passed the motel, we almost didn't turn around. But we wanted to stay at a locally owned motel so we did. The exterior could definitely use some love. The office was terrible. The gentleman in the office was nice. The doors are updated with codes to enter. The room was very clean, which is the only reason we stayed. The bedding was dated but clean. Towels were large and soft. The bedding wasn't as soft as I prefer, but after a long day of travel, it was fine."

"They have the best hotel breakfast I've had in Utah. Everything was clean, the food was fresh and well-stocked, and there was always plenty of variety. We keep returning because the property is accessible for my mom, who has difficulty with stairs and long walks. Although our usual two-bedroom suite was unavailable and we were initially assigned the wrong room, the front desk fixed the issue right away. "The staff was great. The hotel ran out of bottled water which I did not like. Breakfast was great. The room was pretty good. The furniture was not that clean though. Not sure how often the couch and Ottoman are shampooed. It was better in a room I had before. The location is great if you are visiting people in Daybreak. I will stay there again because overall it still works for me."
