"Location is good, mall in the complex, however, check in were a bit “complicated”, waited for 15 mins due to back and forth; the breakfast was good, it views too, nice. Overall, its acceptable (note : also not much competitor hotels around 😉) "

"All the male staff is very friendly and so nice. The front desk female workers doesnt seem like her jobs. Even the security at front door really nice and doing great customer service. The front desk wont tell you about your buffet if you dont ask and no information about it at all."

"The executive room I got was spacious, but it was a bit dirty and run down. The laminate floors looked nice, but were sticky, rather dirty and had a funny smell, as if someone puked before. The room had a "toilet sewage" smell from time to time. The reception was kind enough for provide air fresheners which helped. Aircon position isn't suitable and rather warm in the room. Big & modern TV. Breakfast was OK, but less satisfactory on 2nd day due to an event occupying the top floor."
