"Check in was quick. The dining room was bright and airy with nice decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was good. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with a good selection and displayed well. The bathroom in our room was big with adequate counter space. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was quiet. Great for sleeping"

"It was great stay. We did get a room upgrade, so my review is based on that. The roof top bar is great for plane spotting, but it’s on the expensive side for the brand. In comparison some of the rings were more expensive than the Shanghai-La at the Shard."

"This was a fantastic location, especially for travelers looking to stay close to the airport while still having easy access to the Underground. "It is a nice spacious hotel with a lovely bathroom. It is very comfortable for staying in before the flying out of Heathrow. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and found only minor issues with a few small stains on the carpet along with the walk to the bus stop to catch the night bus being slightly further than we thought."
