"We were extremely disappointed with our experience involving The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa and Expedia. We accidentally booked the wrong date and, when we arrived at the hotel, spent over two hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue with both hotel staff and Expedia. We were reassured several times that everything would be sorted, notes would be added to the system, and that the funds for the original booking would later be released once we paid for a second stay on the correct...

"朝食は半バイキングと1品注文形式で美味しかったが、部屋のエアコンが効かず、5月だが雨が多く気温が低かったので室内寒かった。スタッフに伝えて直しに来てくれたが、直らなかった。その後スタッフはエア加温のことを聞いてくることもせず、知らん顔。朝方は寒くて室内でコートを着て過ごした。"

"Wir waren für drei Nächte im Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein, aber wir haben das mit Humor genommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das englische Frühstück muss man mögen, wir tun das definitiv nicht. Dennoch war alles frisch und wir sind satt geworden. Eine U-Bahn Station ist dir vor der Tür sowie eine Busstation. Mit beiden kommt man in ca.30 Minuten zu den beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden wiederkommen!"
