"First, the air conditioning and fan did not turn on. We contacted the front desk two times but no one responded until the following day. The fix appeared o be resetting a power source which took about a minute when the technician finally arrived. Fortunately the outside temperature was moderate that night but had it been hot it would have been unbearable. Second, the refrigerator did not work. It had a control allowing it to be turned on for only 2 hours. Finally, we had to have room keys...

"Lots of broken glass in parking lot. No room cleaning unless you ask. They charge for towels. I've never heard of that before."

"It was wonderful to have the refrigerator and sink to make some small meals while I was there. The bed was comfortable and they had a pillow that I liked, which is rare. It was easy to get in and out of the building to my car. The location was perfect for what I was there for."

"This was a quite clean and well maintained property and very comfortable for a stay on the outskirts of Madison. We were there for a nearby family visit, so we were not focused on being downtown, but it didn't take long to drive into town. The breakfast was a little bit above average for a corporate hotel and we really appreciated the acceptable coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The room was real clean & comfortable. Note the room was warm & stuffy when you first walk in. It must have a smart thermostat. It cooled right away. I wished we had time to visit the hot tub. I try to pick a hotel with a hot tub. The breakfast had good variety of choices."
