It felt personal, friendly and you were made to feel at home. We loved our room, spending days by the pool and the beach and the bedtime story that is delivered each evening. "It’s an older property but it’s spotlessly clean. The staff are fantastic. It’s out of town but it’s nice and quiet. They have a shuttle that goes in to town a couple times a day which helps. The breakfast is basic but ok. Overall we liked it. "

"Booked a mountain view room but was given a second-floor room facing a shopping strip just 5 feet away, with a side window that couldn’t be covered—resulting in zero privacy. The room also lacked basic amenities on the first night. Staff were not well-trained. Very bad experience."
