"There was a hurricane when we got there no facility’s or amenities were open for 3 day along with no power for the 3days! They also got our room messed up, there was construction going on and we didn’t get the room we paid for with no compensation! Over all we made the best of it but wasn’t the best experience!"

"This was our second stay here, the property was perfect in every way (again). It suited our family perfect, from the beautiful ocean view, two spacious bedrooms, kitchen, washer dryer, bbq, cleanliness, so many swimming pools to choose from, pool slide, so close to restaurants, dukes is a staple to eat at, beach rentals, and beach access. "We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did.
We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. Had a hard time finding the laundry rooms and had to get help on how to pay, plus we were yelled at for accidentally moving our chairs across the...

"Firstly, the property was breathtaking! The staff were attentive and responsive. The condo was immaculately cleaned.
One of my most important features, the bed was COMFORTABLE! There is nothing worse than sleeping in a lumpy, tilted, spring leaked bed… It was firm but soft almost like a billowing cloud.
The view was out of this world. The condo was welled stocked and welcoming.
It was close to everything we wanted to do, see, browse, and purchase.
The food trucks were close by, within a 1-2...

"We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter."

"Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously.
Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room.
