"Location Location Location The Whaler is right on the beach. Next door to Whalers Village so you can walk right over to shop or eat. All three of our excursions left less than a 5 minute walk from our hotel. The staff was great, parking is easy and our favorite part was the beautiful koi pond."

"Staff was nice rooms were clean but never came or asked if we needed towels or coffee. Parking was easy. Our ocean front room needed updating and had a few locked doors which was odd. One of them could have been the laundry room. Over all nice place"

"It’s a very nice unit pretty quiet also. Has everything you would need to make you feel comfortable from a washer dryer and everything you need to cook from pots to dishes to cups. The only drawback is there’s no air condition and for me if I would’ve known that, I would’ve never stated this place. That’s why I will not consider this place the sands of Kahana for my next Maui trip because it does not have any air-conditioning and it gets pretty hot even though you get some fans, but it is hot...

"Die Hotelanlage war sehr sauber. Da wir einen Bungalow hatten, können wir zu den Hotelzimmern keine Auskunft geben. Aber der Bungalow und der öffentliche Bereich war wirklich top. Frühstück hatten wir nicht dazu gebucht. Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, gibt es genug in der Umgebung."

"The house was clean but the furniture was pretty old. The floor was sticky and had to clean it myself once. Bummer was no housekeeping and no towel changes. You got to clean the sand and towels yourself for the whole stay."
