"You get what you pay for. The pic of the nice lobby does not match the property. The shower was very sad and water barely came out. Bathroom was just ok. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was sad, old scrambled eggs, decent sausage, white bread, apples, coffee machine that didn’t work"

"Place was confusing to find, parking was ok. I did feel safe. The room was clean but, the room was muggy. The AC worked very well. But, rusty and dirty. The carpet felt dirty, the cabinets were broken, the bed sheets were clean but had permanent stains, the tub was peeling, the tv remote worked sometimes, they had ice machine but, did have 2 ice cube things in freezer. Refrigerator was a nice size and the room did have a toaster and microwave and 2 stove top burners but, no pots or pans. Overall...

"We arrived from a late overnight flight to grab about six hours of sleep. The staff was friendly and informative, they served food late rooms were clean and comfortable. They made sure we were booked on the shuttle first thing in the morning and made sure to have a cup of coffee ready to go. "

"The bar was not well stocked. The bartender was a great bartender though. They still have lots of construction going on around the area so it wasn’t super easy finding the way to get into the parking lot. The place was super clean but it is a brand new hotel. Hopefully it stays at clean all the time."

"Nice older hotel convenient for our trip to Grapevine. Friendly staff. Strong 80’s vibe but well maintained. Large heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor pool. Very nice outdoor amenities like basketball and sand volleyball. Room was dark with one small window but nice otherwise. Beware the motion detector weird light switches throughout the room that blink at regular intervals 24/7 and randomly turn on. We couldn’t figure them out and no instructions were provided. "

"The best part about the hotel was the staff, they were friendly, smiling, attentive and did a wonderful job at helping out. The issue with the hotel was the room. The air in the room never kept the room cool it only came on for about 30 secs every 20-30 minutes. There were stains throughout the carpet. The headboard was removed and the area was never patched up correctly it was just painted over. The area around the sliding door was not clean."
