"Excellent staff that helped us with a variety of requests to make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with western and Asian favorites. The location on Melbourne’s Southbank was a big plus. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and a wonderful promenade along the Yarra River."

"Great location for events that we were attending at MCG & Marvel Stadium, good selection of food available at breakfast, friendly & helpful staff, good atmosphere in bar area with selection of beverages available. Room was clean and tidy; lifts worked well and didn't have to wait for them like you do in some other hotels, overall, very enjoyable stay, would definitely stay there again. ***Just to note that if you require wheelchair access or have difficulty with stairs it would pay to check with reception first as we did not notice any ramp to access the front of the building however I would assume that the lifts would be accessible from carpark next to the front entrance.***"

"The service upon check-in was outstanding. The staff member 'Rosemary' was very proactive in ensuring I understood the process for the off-site car parking. I was also offered a late checkout and she even contacted me in my room about 40 mins after arrival to ensure everything was OK. First class service. Was also pleasantly surprised by the size and space in the gym. The pool was also excellent. Might make this my regular city break place to stay when coming to Melbourne for work & events from Regional Victoria."

"Our stay was really nice but a few things were disappointing. We upgraded our room to deluxe but it felt really small. The pool was closed which was disappointing. There were many positives to our stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lovely bottle of wine for our anniversary which was very kind. We were overcharged for cocktails during happy hour but staff assured us we would receive a refund for that. Overall I really nice stay with wonderful staff "
