"Yes, the AC kept the room very cool. The room smelled a bit musty when we arrived. The carpet is also a bit sticky. The woman that checked us in was very friendly and kind. She gave us a booklet about West Monroe and a booklet with restaurants. She spent about 10 minutes with us suggesting places to eat. She's great. We have never been to West Monroe. She was very helpful."

"Elevators did not work, luckily able to get room on 1st floor so didn’t lose my stay. Breakfast was out of eggs and waffle batter by 7am. Potatoes were weird as they were kept warm in crockpot-I know that is nitpicking. No butter for toast, only OB and cream cheese-oddly no bagels. Staff was great and doing best they could with what they had. Great walking trail on a bayou next door. Do not fall for Facebook marketing—do not eat at Clawdaddy’s in Monroe. Terrible."

"The rooms were clean and the beds were good, but there was no coffee in the room. Also, only a very small continental breakfast which is not what the ad said. A lot of traffic noise from the nearby highway. "

Only issues was the mini p Fridge wasnt cold enough even on high setting and couldnt see aout the window due to hard water stains and mildew(i think).. breakfast just wasnt hitting...room was cleanbed was clean even under a black light. Temp of room was good. Tried to call hotell 4 times the day of and got no answer.. sent email throug expedia.. still no answer.. outside conditions needs improving.. inside was nice and welcoming.."

"Our room was not properly supplied with towels and linens. Our reservation showed that four of us would be staying. We only had enough pillows for 3. There we no sheets for the fold-out couch. There were only 2 towels and wash cloths. "

"Rooms were not updated, had to move rooms because our first doors lock wouldn’t work. Half the hotel doesn’t have hot water, bathrooms are in terrible condition - rust everywhere/ paint peeling. Staff tried to steal items from our group and we had to challenge them for them to return the items."
