"My stay was pretty good! I think the hotel could be elevated a little with a nice aroma in the lobby when you enter and a few more bath amenities like shower caps, and facial tissue. Overall, it was pleasant and the staff were very accommodating and friendly."

"We stay here whenever we come to see family in West Monroe. The staff is always helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable."

"If you want a cheap room just for a night's sleep and don't mind a poorly maintained hotel, this may be for you. Many construction vehicles were parked in the lot making a convenient place to park hard to find. I will say, the sheets, pillowcases, lavatory and tub were clean. But...there was minimal daily room service, I don't think the floors, especially along the base boards had been vacuumed in months, if not years, no stopper for the lavatory, the one for the tub was laying on the side, the faucet for the lavatory was loose, the refrigerator was rusty, the air conditioner was missing parts to direct the air (but it worked), some lights or light bulbs didn't work, the hair drier plug looked like it got run over by a train and was inop, and electrical plugs were loose. It appears the owner had no pride or sense of care in the property, which means to me that only profit was the goal. I'll go elsewhere next time. "

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I like the security of needing to use your key to gain entrance to the building. The outside had a constant marijuana smell and the lobby had a very weird, non-pleasant smell. One guest had a dog that peed in the lobby and then again in the elevator. The room itself was decent but did not have a coffee pot, iron, or ironing board. I did not review the amenities before booking so this could definitely have been an oversight on my part. It would have been helpful to have drapes on the window as there is a floodlight that shines directly into the room from the outside. This made it difficult to get to sleep. I would say, besides the friendly staff, you get what you pay for."

"At check in Paige was very courteous and professional. Our room was larger than I expected and was very clean. There was ample, well lit parking with access to the highway just a minute away. We enjoyed a good hot breakfast before we left for home."

"Bathtub had a large rust stain on it, Bathtub drain trap corroded, TV did not work. No coffee maker. The room had cockroaches. "
