"The bungalows are clean, cozy, and well located – in a quiet area but close to the beach and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served at a beach restaurant about a 10-minute walk away, where guests can also use the sunbeds for free. The pool looked clean, even though I didn’t use it. A great place to relax on Gili Air! 🌴"

"Staff was more than accommodating. Had a few issues upon arrival with the accommodation type chosen (the cheapest rooms are quite a bit from the beach and run down, they are not as the reception area is). The hotel took care of the misunderstanding with the utmost customer service. The rooms in the bungalows and two story white building are beautiful. The pool is as pictured. Breakfast on the beachfront was lovely each morning. Walking distance to everywhere, but rent a bike, mask and snorkel!...

"Notre séjour y a été fabuleux, malgré un wifi un peu capricieux (pr communiquer le soir avec la France, cela était qque fois compliqué) l’hôtel est idéalement situé si vous voulez être au calme et le staff très pro et accueillant ; les chambres sont tops (1er étage ), vraiment à recommander "

"Can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing made feel you are at home. The food was delicious. The beach has beautiful soft sand. The water was warm and the color was stunning. Snorkeling was easy, right off the shore. You are within steps of your bungalow and a pool. The grounds and rooms were spotless and in great condition. Checking in and out was easy. Thanks to the Staff for making our stay so wonderful. "
