Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di West Oakland

"I travel frequently and stay at a lot of business hotels, so I was disappointed by the front desk service here. The front desk agent answered my questions clearly, but her tone was cold and impatient. I found the way she spoke to me rude, and it made me feel unwelcome. I expect more courtesy from the front desk at a Marriott hotel"

"Clean room, helpful staff."

"They were very helpful and friendly"

"When we arrived on Friday night, Dennis was very helpful and shared some great information. We had a great four-night stay, the staff was friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was right in the middle of everything."

"Great stat conveniently located !"

"整體還算不錯"

"Excellent!"

"We stayed at Hotel Zephyr in SF for 3 nights, checked in at the front desk, wasn't greeted properly, wasn't welcoming at all, I had to repeat my questions to the front desk lady, we were very tired from travelling, I think anyone would appreciate a little welcoming hospitality from the front desk. Then the room, it doesn't look anything like the photos at all, the AC wasn't working and had to ask the front desk yet again, we left for a couple hours to eat dinner and came back, YET they haven't...

"Breakfast was always served jhot"

"A GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE IN A POPULAR LOCATION."
