"Location needs security, transient person walking around hotel with large lump on his head like he was in a fight, breakfast staff tried to alert front desk but 3 hours later he was back, guess I did not need anything else for breakfast that day, was woken up about 2am to a sound like a door slamming or gun shot, could not sleep the rest of the night. "The tv didn’t work and when I called to get it fixed they said there was nobody there to fix it and didn’t offer me another room I was told I’d have to live with it"

"First..the staff was excellent. However, we specifically chose this property for the pool, jacuzzi and restaurant/bar. Pool and jacuzzi were closed. Property offered to shuttle us to a different property if we wanted. Next, the bar didn't open until 5pm......Next, the property was pretty run down for an "Embassy Suites". Turned off and will not stay again."
