"The staff was excellent especially the young woman who checked me in. She was very helpful. Even though I had to switch my room 3 times (because the furniture was frayed, or the electronics didn't work correctly or the bath tubs were pealing!) Also I found a used fork in the refrigerator in my first room. The light switch had a crack in it (be careful so you aren't charged for it) the toilet had like a stain that was kind of rough and wouldn't come off. The first rooms tub was also stained and...

"Staff was amazing! We arrived earlier than expected and they let us check in early. Dog fee is only $15/night and we traveled with a big 65 pound malamute. Room was spacious, refrigerator worked (almost too well). Breakfast was standard (waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, coffee, juice, etc.). Checkout was a breeze, heated pool, quiet, convenient location. Will return again for future trips to Tempe 😊"

"I looked for a motel specifically for the hot tub, it and the exercise room were out of order, would have chosen another further out of phoenix and in a better location"

We went back to the receptionist desk and she told us that she couldn’t find us a room, we sat there and waited about 20 to 30 minutes as she tried to find us a room. She said she can only find us a king bed, so we had to deal with it. We went up to the new room and it turned out to be two queen beds.
