"We had a nice stay here. The room was comfortable and fit our family of five. However I asked for extra pillows and towels (since tgere were 5 of us and only 4 towels and 6 pillows) from the front desk but was told they couldn't access them until housekeeping arrived in the morning. So the next morning I called housekeeping and was told to ask the housekeeper on our floor. At that time no one was on our floor. A little while later we were able to get some towels from the housekeeper that was on the floor but she told us to ask the front desk for pillows 🙄. So we just managed with the couple of pillows we had.
We brought our bathing suits because the website shows a nice little pool area but were unable to use the pool because it was disgusting. We were not made aware that the pool was not in use so this was disappointing.
Overall we would stay here again. It was clean and close to a lot of conveniences."
