"It was nice to have the space at Villa Moyal, but with everything around you surrounded by high fences, razor & electric wire, I was not excited to walk at night. I would have rather stayed a few blocks away, closer to the restaurants and shops of Melrose Arch. "

"Checking was at 14h00 and only they gave us the key after 15h00. The place wasnt clean, mayonase in the oven, bathrooms dirty and the towels were still drying in the dryer. No soap or shampoo to bath. The place had a bad odour. Vomit in the passage outside the apartment without cleaning. We expected way more as it was supposed to be a presidential suite and penthouse, but we stayed on the 12 floor and there were 14 floors. What we paid for is not what we got. Im sorry but we wont recommend this...

"The property looked good. What we didn’t like was their communication and cleaning services."

"We enjoyed the property and facilities but had to check out after 2 days because the water was shut off by the municipality. This was no fault of the property management and they actually prepared for the situation by filling the bath tub with water. This however did not work for us because it was inconvenient to shower , wash and flush the toilet among other things with the same standing water. Staff were helpful, friendly and very accommodating."

"WeStay staff were so unpleasant that almost a month later I still recoil at the recollection! It ruined the whole stay- we checked out 4 hours into our stay. Never again!"

"The shower drains were blocked, causing water to pool. The host demanded a security deposit when arriving for check in. This would have been acceptable if it was listed on the booking or communicated prior to arrival, however it was not communicated yet the host demanded it, and was refusing access until they were paid directly. My understanding is that all transactions should take place via this platform."
