"The stay and the area were nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, we experienced several issues from the start.
When we first arrived, neither set of room keys worked. After returning to the front desk, one of the keys was reprogrammed and worked, but unfortunately, the room we were assigned had a broken A/C and was extremely hot. To their credit, the staff immediately moved us to another room, which was much better.
