"Fantastic hotel with a great rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and breakfast is great and starts nice and early for those needing to catch the early ferry to the Mentawais. Recommend. "

"Although the pictures represent a very clean, nice hotel, this is not the reality of its current state. Our room was not clean (bathroom was really dirty and had missing caulking and fungus) which was masked by a mothball scent. "

"Very good deluxe room with free WiFi yet facing the pool and restaurant with attentive staffs and good foods at restaurant eventhou its much more expensive. Nice Nemos pool, great environment and peaceful surrounding. Bedsheets not very clean at room 211. Dirty staines. Less lightning in room. Very dark. Cockroaches found in room. My husband managed to kill all by own. Bathroom need some maintainance on wall. Sink leaking and stained. Less smiles on reception staffs. Breakfast said to be 7am to...
