"We stayed in room"

"My first room had a sofa bed with no mattress. It wasn’t even a sofa bed and that’s what I paid for second room had a sofa bed, but the mattress had like 10 holes in the mattress and it was dirty unsanitary. Also, they mislead you with telling you when you get there that they don’t clean your room for two days and then when you ask again, they say the clerk said four days when they clean your room very terrible experience. I would never go there again. "

"It was excellent overall. From the very comfortable beds, to the carpet that DOESN’T FEEL STICKY in the bedroom room, the newly remodeled bathroom, the various selection of breakfast items, multiple parking spots, regular restaurants and fast food restaurants around the area and the crew and owner are so friendly, helpful and polite, it’s all fantastic especially considering the price per night. The hallway and the entire space we’re in, smells so amazing (lemongrass and lemon, I believe) because they DON’T ALLOW SMOKING. Best decision my family and I made YET! Thank you for making our stay so marvelous. We would recommend it to anyone 100%!!"

"Our stay at Super 8 was great! Reasonably priced and hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Good location to many places especially the Syracuse Discovery Mall. Person greeting us at arrival was personable and professional. Check in and out was quick. Room was a nice size and nicely decorated. Breakfast was ok for a free one. Coffee was ok bit a little weak. I would definitely come to this hotel again. "
