Beautiful property, very well located in town, beside an excellent winery tasting room. Lovely owners, spacious room and very spacious bathroom. Delicious gelato was a lovely additional touch. Thoroughly recommend this property if you’re in Fredericksburg

Warm welcome and personal approach that continued throughout the stay. We felt like at home with delicious breakfast and tastefully prepared room and communal living room.

Hoffman Haus is located in a quiet area yet easy to walk to the main street with all the restaurants, shops etc. We were held up on our journey and arrived too late for a personal check-in but easily sorted by a phone call. Our little suite was beautifully furnished and cosy, and what a delight to have breakfast delivered in a hamper to your door each morning.Would definitely recommend.

The cottages and setting were lovely but we felt we were penalised for staying here Mon/Tuesday at their cheaper rate. Check-in was instructions stuck to a door, although almost all cottages were empty we were put in the one by the staff/deliveries car park, our first breakfast had no pastry and no contact was made by a a single person there. We had a problem and had to go to the shop for help as reception was locked. The lady in the shop couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.

Fantastic location, great staff and lovely rooms. The breakfast and dinner included in the room rate are amazing.

Excellent hotel, friendly accommodating and comfortable. We only planned a one night stop over but ended up staying two nights

Great breakfast and location, easy parking. The rooms are spacious, well designed and comfortable. Some rooms have Riverwalk views. Superb service and great bed/bathrooms. The owner and staff are helpful and friendly. Will stay again next in town.
