"The air-conditioning was out of order in our room, so they moved us to another room. Third floor room and all but one elevator was out of order. The shower head didn't work, and the tub didn't hold water. The bathroom sink was slow draning. The pool was cracked and full of algae. The breakfast was good. "

"no hot tub. it was mentioned in the description of the hotel that they were a hot tub. The hot tub was lukewarm and not working correctly. If you even wanna call it a hot tub."
