"Even though I am not handicapped, I was given a handicapped room, which was no problem. The entry door was dragging on the carpet making it difficult to open. This would not normally be an issue for a non-handicapped room but an actual handicapped person would struggle to open the door. It really did take a considerable force to get it open. I mentioned this to the management.
The in-room refrigerator is a compact model that does not have auto defrost. The frost buildup was so bad that closing...
