"I found the bathrooms were kind of small on a single room.
Hard to use the toilet being a larger man.
But overall, it wasn’t too bad of a place to stay.
Checking in was kind of slowish. But the manager was really nice. It was actually a pretty friendly place to stay."

"Third stay at the New Yorker. The location can’t be beat. Our 2 bed metro view room was updated and had plenty of space. Attached restaurants are great. Can walk to many things, with super convenient transportation options."

"The Refinery is a hidden gem in Midtown. Excellent location to go anywhere in the city and have a larger more comfortable resting area. We have also stayed there for the Thanksgiving parade and loved the proximity and access. Wonderful hotel, can’t say enough."

"Fabulous location! The room was a good size, nicely arranged, had a keurig, a tea kettle and a mini fridge. the sheets and towels seemed fine but i found human hair on one of the towel areas in the bathroom, and toe nail clippings on the carpet next to the bed. YUCK. Management immediately gave me another room. This one was better, but had debris in the shower, and hair in the shower drain. Overall, staff were very responsive. Great hotel, worth the price, but they need to step up cleanliness....
