"Room was clean and well equipped. Shower screen was coming off its rails but this did not effect the shower itself. The wifi network given did not exist. Phone support were really helpful when I had a query about check in.. "

"Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number. Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host. Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James."
