"Area around hotel not the best. Glad we were not there at weekend, but hotel felt very secure. The locked, very expensive , underground parking. Lifts that required a room key to use them gave a good feeling of security. Good aircon , plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed made for a good stay. "Breakfast was delicious, easy parking, there’s also an overflow parking on the other side of the road (sister hotel). We stayed in York, room was clean, enjoyed the jacuzzi, however the mattress needs an upgrade. Overall great stay! "
