"This hotel is the worst in the universe. The rooms are incredibly ugly and poorly maintained; they haven't fixed anything in 25 years. It was a huge disappointment. I ended up with some incredibly loud women next to mine who were partying all night. When I told the hotel to ask them to keep their voices down at midnight, they just told me to be patient because it was someone's birthday. I went to this hotel for 17 years of my life and then stopped going for 10. And it's still the same as it was 27 years ago, everything the same: curtains, beds, headboards, paint, old and old. Disappointing "
