"Restaurant was woefully understaffed and missing almost every wine on the list. Food was subpar also per the server food items not available. That being said property was well maintained and room was clean. Really large hotel which is probably hard to fill."

"I stay here for work every year because it's close to where I need to be. The staff are great but some things just don't change and the hardest thing about this location is the sound. If the person next to you happens to be loud or talk near the shared door, it's very disruptive, even with earplugs. Also the sound from the hallway is heard very loudly inside the room. In general I'm not sure why this hotels tends to have loud patrons but it has been an issue every year I visit."
