"Don’t stay in room 621 unless you confirm plumbing has been fixed. Toilet did not flush. Shower only had cold water and did not drain. Shower Water started flooding bathroom so ended shower abruptly. Upon leaving the room for check out shower still had not drained at all."

"Elevators weren't working hotel was packed. We stay here when we take a cruise so our bags are extremely heavy so you have to know the elevators being out was a great inconvenience. Staff was great as always. Room our sink drained very slow. Was happy as i was in the past."
