"The property itself was lovely and very well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing atmosphere, which made my stay enjoyable overall. The staff were also professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, my rest was interrupted by children running up and down the hallway and repeatedly banging on my room door. "This is not a "smoke free" property. Your clothes will stink like the drugs from other guests. Despite the signage claiming the property is smoke free, the staff does not take this problem seriously. For the past week, they let the guy below me smoke weed all night. It's so bad it wakes me up. I've even seen housekeeping on his floor while the hallway reeked of his smoke, and they didn't do anything! I called the front desk twice about him hot boxing my bathroom and they don't care. "The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."

"Room need cleaning the bathroom was nasty and the bedroom sheets was the worst I had ever seen. The staff only there at 11am and 3pm. No early check in or out, there’s no parking. I booked a two days stay and only stayed one night. The night I checked in the place was so noisy, the person next door tv was so loud and that same night someone was kicking on the door shouting open the f***** door. It very disgusting "

"Really loved my 4 day stay. The room was spacious. I could get work done and I loved being only 6 miles from The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester. Will definitely stay here again when I am in town for a show. "
