"Clean rooms"

"The towels were scratchy, and we saw some small ants between our beds on the end tables (rm 430). Other than that it was a nice place to stay. I think the food could be better arranged because I had to ask people to move that were waiting for the waffles so that I could get to the oatmeal. There were a lot of people at breakfast around 7am and no one cleaned the tables before the next group sat down."

"I most start by saying that the location of this hotel is perfect. The crow you find is very nice and educated , which important for my family and I. Now I like to express my discomfort. When I arrived on Friday night , the front desk agent gave us a king sides bed, I had made reservations for multiple beds. When I called her from the room and explained to her that my son was coming to stay that we needed 2 beds , she just advised to have him sleep in the sofa ( not acceptable, my reservation was for multiple beds , explained to her that the last 2 times he stay and slept in the sofa was very uncomfortable. Tiffany told me that because the reservation was through a third party (Expedia , it was ok to make changes to it. She did not care! Next morning I went to the front desk and a gentleman name Rowland Hudson to my surprise took care of the situation and transferred us to a a room with 2 queen beds as I had reserved. To me he was excellent and really made things better, I was ready to never comeback. He deserves a 5 star for costumer services and problem solving. The room was very pleasant and clean that also deserves a 5 star ."
