"Good thing I didn't write this after day one! Weird incident. But the reason it's forgotten is because the staff handled it professionally. This property could use some TLC (eg worn carpets, and those bizarre and annoying 'string curtains' in the closests and bathroom need to go. 😅 And don't eat in the restaurant unless you're desperate. (Let's be honest: if you're eating at the hotel restaurant with such good dining options near by, you probably ARE desperate. 😅) But that is minor stuff....
