"The staff were absolutely amazing. Room was big and comfortable and kept very clean. Kettle and coffee machine, and a mini fridge so I could buy my own milk and tea bags. I asked for a quiet room and they did their best to accommodate this, it was as quiet as it could be given the set-up (tiled floors so sound will just carry, but it wasn;t bad at all, I only had to use earplugs once.)"

"The room was modern welcoming and clean didn’t want for anything Check in was quick & efficient Breakfast was more than adequate If you couldn’t find something to eat I’d be amazed if also lasted 4 hours so as much coffee ect as you want The hotel is in a good location easy to find 10 minutes from the train station And I will use it again "

"Clean and comfortable, amazing staff carried very heavy luggage up some stairs for us, very nice breakfast with many hot and cold options, comfortable bed and pillows, and a walk-in shower that doesn't get water all over the floor and the rest of the bathroom."

"Will definitely stay here again. Staff were wonderful and facilities great. There is a secure basement locker area for bags if you arrive early and this area has toilets too. The Restaurant in the hotel is not actually run by the hotel but was excellent too. A lovely meal with great wine and a brandy on our first night. So convenient as the railway station is 10 mins walk away, the bus station is 12 mins walk away and the historic centre and marina area is only 20 mins walk from this hotel too."
