"The hotel amenities and staff were great. We booked a family room which was very small and basic and not what I expected. We were three adults and there wasn’t one drawer in both rooms. We had luggage and it was hard to store clothing. The bathroom did not have a separate toilet room which is difficult when staying with family. Also, there were no outlets in the master bedroom to charge a phone. I liked the hotel but would pick different category rooms."

"Clean and comfortable room, with a nice pool area outside. The breakfast is really good. It’s within walking distance of Plaza de España, which is very convenient. There aren’t too many dining options nearby, but the cathedral area is about a 15-minute walk away and has plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from"
