We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and the service we received was truly outstanding—on par with that of a five-star hotel. Our room was always spotlessly clean, and the swimming pool was a real highlight. We especially enjoyed spending time there with our child, which made our stay even more special. From now on, I don’t think we will need to look for any other hotel when visiting again. Thank you once again to the wonderful team at Millennium Hotel for such a memorable experience."

"The Ibis hotel was clean and clearly one of the more popular hotel destination's in the small city of Rotorua. Despite some check in concerns, in regard to my foreign credit card, it was a fine hotel to stay in, it borders the geothermal park on the edge of the city. The amenities on site were plentiful. I would stay here again. "
