My sense is that it’s used by Chinese tour groups, so when a solo American showed up, they seemed a little confused. "We had an incredible stay at Vatu Vonu. The accommodation was beautiful and the view exceeded our expectations. Seni and Waqa, along with their daughter JJ, went above and beyond to take care of us.
