"A basic but very clean hotel with extremely helpful staff and very comfortable beds.
The breakfast buffet is ample with something for everyone but not huge like the Swedish hotels."

"We had the most wonderful stay at hotel Grimsborgir! The rooms were spotless and very roomy. The hot-tub was also a great addition and lovely to be able to use it in the evening after a busy day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and the food (both the included breakfast and paid dinner) was amazing with lots of options. The location was excellent in a nice quiet part of Selfoss. We were also lucky enough to see the northern lights from our room!!"
