"Easy stay in Reykjavik. Booked here for affordability and easy parking. 35ish minute walk to the heart of the city (of course could drive or take a bus but we love walking - and beautiful walking trails just out front). Clean comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!"

The building is elegant and beautifully restored, with a lot of character and charm. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean throughout. "Room and breakfast were nice but parking is deceiving. There is a small underground parking garage with approx 25 spots plus an additional 4-5 outdoor spots. We were under the impression parking was free, however all spots were filled when we checked in at 19:00 hrs and had to pay to park on the street. Check in earlier if you can to guarantee a free spot."
