"Room was clean, bed was comfy. Bad experience at check-in. I was allowed to check-in early and my keycard worked. But I walked in on another guest(?) still in the room. Very embarrassing. I had to go down and ask for a different room. Did not use amenities so unable to review. Poorly stocked convenience items for purchase. Tried to buy drink and desk person said she did not know how to charge me. Nearby restaurant was good. Very convenient to convention center. Parking garage was very tight, very low ceilings- dark/dirty."

"I was on a short vacation visiting my daughter and this was perfect on a budget. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I found that i was very happy that i chose them. Such a quaint hotel with the lake surrounding it. There is a restaurant 8 minutes away for a nice stroll. The other hotels in same price range had too many conflicting reviews. Stay here and you won't regret it. "

"It was all good when I got there the person at the desk very helpful. I mean there is probably one thing. I probably would have more movies on the TV. That’s only thing I would change about it and everything else was good."

"The hot tub was not in working order, and the fireplace in the room would not turn on. Thankfully, I was able to have the front desk person come up to the room to fix the fireplace; there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa in the room either, something else I had to go ask the front desk for."
