I have an allergy to coconut and the laundry soap, the facility uses contains a laundry soap, the facility uses contains a coconut ingredient. The manager and staff not only re-washed the bedding the bedding. They went to the local store and bought laundry detergent that was coconut free. "I waited for 15 minutes to check in as no one was at front desk and they did not acknowledge the “walkie talkie” left on counter to call them on. When she did show up, she was not friendly, not rude but just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Shower had mold all along the bottom."
