"Room was not exactly clean. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Lobby smelled like urine. In a bad part of town-- got sketchy after dark. I wouldn't recommend it. "

"A lot of restaurants are located near by. It looks like they are building an elevator so there is some construction areas. Check-in was quick and efficient."

"Front desk was super polite. Diance was very friendly and we felt very welcomed for just our short stay. Breakfast was good but really early hours, which we understood for the residency members staying there. Valet was very helpful with locations for food and accommodating when we needed to visit our vehicle without having to move it. Beds were very comfy and the shower's hot water was on point. My wife, who is an amputee, really enjoyed the accommodations for the disabled. She was able to get in and out of the bath without issues. The kitchen area was very nice and felt like a nice home away from home."

"Location! Next door to Spectrum Center. Valet parking $55 day but worth it! No hassle finding parking. Hyatt Valet brings it down and takes it back up. Very convenient. Enjoyed our weekend stay for a Saturday event at the Spectrum Center. Will definitely be back!"

"After a very long travel day and having our flight canceled and having to spend the night in Charlotte with two small kids, we arrived at the property and Seun at the front desk was rude/had an attitude when we spoke with him. He had an attitude the entire time, and he was not kind. I was having an issue with my card and he was very dismissive and rude again. When we came down in the morning for the shuttle at 5 AM with two little kids, he was sleeping in the back office with an airport pillow around his neck snoring. I asked him a question about the shuttle. He again was rude and very unprofessional. The room was okay, but I would not stay at this property again or recommend to anyone."
