Auch wenn wir das Ungleichgewicht in der Behandlung von Kunden wir vermuten, dass die schon öfters da waren besser behandelt und bevorzugt werden. Dies gilt aber nicht bei allen Mitarbeitern."

Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. Staff were often unavailable, unhelpful, and lacked the warmth and professionalism you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. Improving the service could easily make this one of the best places to stay in the area."
