"breakfast was excellent!! room was clean worth the money. The only problem is i booked for 3 person in a room with King bed and a sofa bed. I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room"

"Joseph checked me in and from that moment called me by name. Very helpful, everything I ask he was happy and helpful. Others at the front desk were also helpful. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay cooks and staff were polite and helpful. I would like to have had dinner severed a little later. Rooms were nice and clean."

"I wish I could remember the guy’s name who assisted me when coming in from a long day of travel, he was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. "Another great stay at The Valley Ho! The highlight, as always, is the staff—Brendon, Carlos, and the valet team were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, and the front desk made our early check-in effortless.
The rooms are spotless, and the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks at the bar were excellent, and a big thank you to Verg, Andy 1, Andy 2, and Sam for the outstanding service.
The team here truly makes the experience—we’ll definitely be back...

"There are no blinds that go down all the way to darken the room, so it was always somewhat light and impeded sleep. Also, the sliding door to our bathroom was broken so the bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.
