"Charged us $20.00 for parking that was not disclosed ahead of time. Building hallways had a musty smell and you could see that some areas needed to be updated. Rooms were VERY clean and comfortable though. One key did not work, requiring a trip back downstairs and room fridge was not working. They did replace the fridge. When checking out, they gave a receipt that was for more than the Expedia listed amount. Still waiting to see if this is updated once the charge settles through bank."

"We found a lot of dog hair in our room despite we asked for a non pet room due to my wife's allergy. Additionally, we stayed there for 5 days and nobody went to clean our room in all that time, and we asked for towels, toilet paper, etc, staff never had and they always answer rude. We won't never come back there!"
